Team members work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.Role Description The ASIC Design Engineer will work on-site in San Francisco, CA in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and implementation of advanced integrated circuits. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining RTL designs, performing logic and physical design tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve performance, power, and area targets. The engineer will execute and review formal verification plans, debug design issues, and ensure that designs meet functional and timing requirements. The role also involves participating in design reviews, documenting design decisions, and supporting integration and bring-up activities.Qualifications Strong proficiency in RTL Design and RTL Coding for ASIC developmentSolid understanding of Logic Design concepts and methodologiesExperience with Physical Design flows, including synthesis, place-and-route, and timing closureHands-on experience with Formal Verification techniques and toolsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TclAbility to interpret specifications, write clear design documentation, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teamsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and schedule
