This role is responsible for administering and optimizing a Salesforce-based platform, supporting system integrations, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.Job DutiesAdminister and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission setsConfigure and enhance platform functionality through workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objectsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processesSupport integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using APIs and integration toolsTroubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities across technical teamsMonitor system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure operational stabilityGather business requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user training materialsSkillsRequired5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experienceExperience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and Flow automationProficiency with Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rulesExperience managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality initiativesKnowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration methods, and connected applicationsExperience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a production environmentBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience creating technical documentation and system support materials
