Project Manager - Manhattan Office

Description:Torgeson Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from kickoff to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with general contractors, owners, field leadership and internal teamsReview drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignmentLead project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholdersTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutionsManage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement of materialsEnsure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policiesSupport field teams, foreman and junior staff Additional Skills & Qualifications:3-7+ years of project management experience in electrical constructionStrong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExperience managing budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingProficiency wit project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSalary range:The salary range for this position is competitive and relevant to experience.Benefits:
