Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Role: Audio Video Technician Location: Marlborough, MA (LOCALS ONLY) Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis o Test all aspects of rooms equipment § Hardware power status confirmation § Battery levels on items like remotes § Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features § Troubleshooting technical issues § Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues o Ensure rooms are in good looking order § Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues Assist users with immediate room issue or needs o Troubleshoot active problems in person o Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues AV Training o Hold regular training sessions with the site § Usage of the equipment § Best practices § General AV support questions Track and respond to ServiceNow work request Work with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local site Point person for all AV needs your site has Special Projects; work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects Required Skills ENGINEERING LAB TECHNICIAN
