Account Program Manager
Overview:
You will lead large, multi-account programs to meet cost, performance, and quality goals. In this role, you'll plan, track, and oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. You'll define scope, budgets, and schedules, manage client relationships, and monitor risks and outcomes. You will foster cross-functional collaboration and adjust plans as needed to achieve program objectives. Responsibilities:
- Oversee development of work statements, scope/priority definitions, and budgets/schedules for large complex programs
- Serve as the client program management point of contact and ensure deadlines and objectives are understood
- Monitor program status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards
- Manage resources, budgets, and timeline trade-offs across multiple global projects
- Interface with stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes (technical/business) and project direction
- Contribute to proposals and sales discussions to align products with client needs
- Prepare and interpret project metrics for stakeholders and leadership
Key requirements:
- 1-3+ years of project management experience
- Experience with Catalyst or similar PM methodologies, including budget development and project planning
- Knowledge of earned value management, project management software, and finance concepts
- Experience with quality management approaches and delivery assurance
- Familiarity with productivity tools and administrative processes
- Experience aligning projects with client vision, business objectives, and success factors
