Banking Analyst - Chargeback Operations

A company is looking for a Banking Analyst - Chargeback & Payments Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of credit card chargeback disputes, including investigation and outcome monitoring Perform daily banking operations such as ACH processing, wires, and payment postings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate client communication regarding disputes and banking matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of banking operations experience, preferably in payment processing or financial operations 3+ years of direct experience with credit card chargeback processes and ACH return rules Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI (preferred) Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial transaction management
