Occupational Therapist (Women's Health & Adult Care) Location : Fargo, NDJob Type: Full-Time | In-Person (40 hours/week)Job Summary & Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide specialized, patient-centered care to adult women across perinatal, postnatal, adulthood, and geriatric life stages. This role focuses on promoting functional independence, recovery, and quality of life through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.Key responsibilities include:Evaluating functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plansAssisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-careImplementing therapeutic interventions to support recovery during perinatal, postnatal, and later life stagesCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams and case management for discharge planning and continuity of careProviding therapy services in settings such as inpatient units and skilled nursing facilitiesMaintaining accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, care plans, and patient progressEducating patients and families on therapy strategies, home programs, and recovery supportParticipating in team meetings and quality improvement initiativesStaying current with advancements in occupational therapy and women's health practicesEducation, Licensure, and Experience:Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programSuccessful completion of the NBCOT exam with active OTR credentialExperience working with adult, geriatric, and women's health populationsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyAbility to manage caseloads while providing compassionate, high-quality carePreferred: Additional training or certifications in women's health, lactation consulting, or related specialtiesBenefits:Competitive compensation starting at $37/hourHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with employer matchingPaid time offContinuing education creditsLicense and mileage reimbursementLife insuranceRelocation assistance
