Job Family Quality Discipline Contractor Assurance Career Level P2 Salary Range $59,040 - $82,788 Note for Salary This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Discipline Description Contractor Assurance personnel provide oversight for the various contractor assurance-related activities and programs, including Causal Analysis and conduct of Management Review Boards for all major projects and operating facilities. They also serve as Subject Matter Experts to programs such as Occurrence Reporting (ORPS), Lessons Learned, Self-Assessments, Corrective Actions, Price-Anderson Amendment Act (PAAA), Effectiveness Reviews, Management Field Operations, and coordinate DOE Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for the company. Contractor Assurance also leads the Performance Analysis efforts for the company and owns the Issues Management system and Scorecard platforms for the site as well as provides the Site Statistician function for the company. Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: Perform responsibilities of the Contractor Assurance Program per site Manual 2S and DOE Order 422.1. Foster effective collaboration and cooperations to develop and implement programs and policies and to fully exploit available resources and reduce the costs without detriment to performance and standards/requirements. Activities include: * Manage, perform and coordinate program self-assessments. Maintain a risk ranked schedule and self-assessment templates. * Perform metric analysis, Monthly and Semi-Annual Performance Analysis * Candidate must demonstrate use of computers and have industrial work experience (document control). * Problem solving skills. * Oral and written communication skills. * Skilled at technical writing * Able to work in a team environment. * Perform routine communications and interaction with facility personnel, and facility and program management. * Develop training for IMaS personnel. Effectively communicate via Interface with all levels of facility/program management and executive staff in the execution of program responsibilities.
