What You’ll DoConduct safety audits and observe field activitiesCoach teams on proper safety techniques and proceduresLead toolbox talks and site-specific trainingSupport root cause investigations of incidentsEnsure crews are in compliance with PPE and job-specific hazardsDocument observations and report non-complianceMonitor usage of equipment and safety toolsCoordinate with supervisors to improve safety performanceProvide input on policy updates based on observationsTravel between sites to maintain regional safety presenceWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversightKnowledge of federal and state safety regulationsValid driver’s license; must travel to various job sitesAdditional Qualifications (if Applicable)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at individual level and in groupAbility to maintain records in well-organized mannerMust maintain a satisfactory driving record while in the position, as consistent safe driving behavior is essential when training or setting an example for othersPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: Climb stairs, complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations, operate vehiclesOccasionally: Lift 26–55 pounds, bend/stoop, perform repetitive hand movements, use portable ladders, work at heights, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machineryWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
