Don't miss your chance and apply now!What you will be doing as the Project Manager, Stage Gate & Monday.com Implementation:Lead the build and implementation of a Stage Gate process for product and packaging development within our Product & Integrated Marketing Execution Team (PRIME).Drive the end-to-end framework and workflow design, align stakeholders on requirements and decision criteria, and lead testing, piloting, and rollout in Monday.com.Partner with PRIME Leadership and the Project Management Team to define common KPIs and enable reporting in Monday.com—delivering dashboards, views, and an operating cadence that provides clear visibility to progress, decisions, risks, and action items.Own the integrated project plan to execute the scope defined by the PRIME Leadership Team; define milestones, dependencies, resourcing needs, and critical path.Own governance and escalation: maintain risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation plans and clear decision requests.Prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate gate reviews/decision forums; document decisions and drive follow-up actions to closure.Lead the design of the PRIME Stage Gate framework (gates, deliverables, decision criteria, roles/ownership) and facilitate approvals with key stakeholders.Align cross-functional stakeholders on process requirements, change impacts, and gate readiness; drive disciplined follow-up through clear communication and stakeholder updates.Partner with the Monday.com implementation/configuration team to translate process requirements into boards, workflows, automations, templates, and permissions.Develop and execute the testing plan (UAT); validate workflows and reporting, document defects/enhancements, and drive iteration to readiness.Build and enable PRIME reporting in Monday.com (dashboards, views, status rollups) and establish a sustainable operating cadence for reviews and executive visibility.Maintain core project documentation (scope, process maps, SOPs, templates) and provide regular status reporting to leadership.What you will need as the Project Manager, Stage Gate & Monday.com Implementation:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, including building project plans, managing dependencies, and driving execution to timeline.2+ years of experience designing and/or managing Stage Gate (phase-gate) governance for product and packaging development—including defining gates, deliverables, roles, and decision criteria.Experience implementing workflows in a project management platform (Monday.com strongly preferred), including testing/UAT, piloting, training, and change adoption.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project reporting (dashboards, status rollups, executive views) to support leadership decision-making.Experience with PM tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project; strong Excel/reporting skills preferred.PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or other recognized project management certification preferred.Stage Gate governance expertise: ability to define gates, deliverables, decision criteria, and RACI/ownership models.Process design and documentation skills, including process mapping, SOP creation, and template/standard development.com proficiency (preferred): workflow/board design, automations, permissions, and dashboard/report buildout.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment and timely decisions across functions and levels.Change leadership: training, enablement, and adoption support to sustain new ways of working.Analytical, data-driven mindset; ability to translate project data into concise executive reporting, insights, risks, and recommendations.Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
