You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout service.Job duties include but are not limited to:Greet guests promptly and courteouslyTake food and beverage orders accuratelyServe meals and drinks in a timely and professional mannerMaintain cleanliness of dining area, including clearing dishes and resetting tablesAssist with event setup and breakdown as needed (e.g., table arrangements, linen placement)Follow all food safety and hygiene standardsHandle guest complaints or requests courteously and promptlyCommunicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceFollow all company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous food service or banquet experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods Food Handler’s Permit and TABCAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
