This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on high-volume data entry work and wants to grow within a recognizable consumer brand. This is a temp, potentially temp-to-hire opportunity paying $25-$26/hrKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and track high volumes of purchase orders daily across multiple product linesUpdate Sales, Inventory, and Packout reports for suppliers on a weekly basisTrack inbound arrivals for East and West Coast shipmentsMaintain and reconcile inventory across third-party warehouse locations, checking for aged inventoryCoordinate packaging needs and ensure adequate supply is on hand for active programsSend daily load sheets to warehouse locations after orders are allocatedEnsure all purchase orders and packing lists are sent to cold storage locations prior to arrivalManage pallet orders and update order files to support ongoing fulfillment operationsUpdate bagging reports for the East and West Coast to support settlement reconciliationProvide cross-functional support to export sales teams during seasonal downtime periodsIdeal CandidateComfortable performing high-volume, repetitive data entry and computer work throughout the dayDetail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy in a fast-paced environmentFamiliar with purchase order processing and able to speak to daily PO volume in previous rolesProficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reportingBackground in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or distribution and logistics preferredRequirements1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, purchasing support, operations, or a related administrative roleStrong Excel skills requiredExperience with any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plusBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredMust be able to commute to Valencia, CA, five days per week
