Warehouse Operator I - Weekend Shift (Sat-Tues) PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods.Warehouse Operator I will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Employees will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Work Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday 8:00am - 6:30pm Pay - DOEJob Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred0-2 years warehouse experienceExperience operating a single, deep reach truck, counter-balanced forklift, and pallet jack preferredBasic Math and computer skillsAbility to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as neededPosition Responsibilities Operate a handheld according to WMS manual to perform the core tasks of sales order picking, work order picking, and purchase order receiving (as applicable per site)Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment, consolidation, checking, running pallets, loading, and any other shipping related tasksComplete receiving tasks such as unloading, cycle counts, putaways, and any other receiving and/or inventory related tasksVerify that work is accurate and complete and report any discrepancies with your assigned tasks to management as neededReport damage of product, storage racks, forklifts, warehouse equipment, or any unsafe condition to management immediatelyFollow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentFollow all cGMP guidelines and all SOPs/WIsVerify safety inspection sheet and/or iWarehouse checklist has been completed before operating a forkliftOperate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner to retrieve or store materialKeep work area clean, orderly, and inspection ready. This includes but is not limited to emptying trash cans, trash bins, sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, clean dock doors and other duties as assigned by supervisors or managersOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk and/or sit for extended periods of timeAbility to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and bendingMust be able to bend, reach, twist, grasp items, lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
