No two days are the same!🩺 What You’ll Do (AKA Your Superpowers)As a Float Pool Specialist–Therapist, you will:🧠 Interpret referrals and design personalized, goal-driven treatment plans🏃 Deliver hands-on therapy across acute, inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings📝 Document with precision and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams🔄 Modify care plans when needed to optimize outcomes💬 Coordinate daily patient activity and charges for data processing🏊 (If in Aquatics) Provide therapy in pool environments with confidence and careWithin:90 days → You’ll be competent across all major rehab venues6 months → You’ll develop expertise in at least one specialty area (brain injury, aquatics, burn, hand therapy, lymphedema, pediatrics, spinal cord injury, and more!)⚡ The Real-World StuffThis role requires adaptability and resilience.
