No two days are the same!đ©ș What Youâll Do (AKA Your Superpowers)As a Float Pool SpecialistâTherapist, you will:đ§ Interpret referrals and design personalized, goal-driven treatment plansđ Deliver hands-on therapy across acute, inpatient, outpatient, and home health settingsđ Document with precision and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teamsđ Modify care plans when needed to optimize outcomesđŹ Coordinate daily patient activity and charges for data processingđ (If in Aquatics) Provide therapy in pool environments with confidence and careWithin:90 days â Youâll be competent across all major rehab venues6 months â Youâll develop expertise in at least one specialty area (brain injury, aquatics, burn, hand therapy, lymphedema, pediatrics, spinal cord injury, and more!)⥠The Real-World StuffThis role requires adaptability and resilience.
