Incoming contacts from the public, whether by phone, mail, or email, are received by CAD and are handled by CAD or routed elsewhere in the agency to be handled. The Customer Service Rep will respond to the main OAG switchboard, mail tracking, routing agency correspondence, and filing. Work will involve assisting with clerical tasks, reports, and other duties as needed. The OAG is a dynamic state agency with over 4,000 employees throughout the State of Texas.
