Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring reliability and scalability. Work with large healthcare datasets, performing data preprocessing and feature engineering while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Implement and optimize AI models within the existing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration. Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed using MLOps best practices. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements, exploring new technologies to enhance solution effectiveness.What You'll Need Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on work in GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision. Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch; experienced with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), MLOps, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL).
