Learn more at www.pavion.comPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Deficiency Sales Representative to join our fire business unit.Primary Responsibilities: Quote repairs within 14 days of find by the inspection teamFollow up on open proposals to close themOpen new jobs for repair by the service teamManage time and activity to maximize customer contact to sell solutions to correct deficient life safety systemsBasic Qualifications:Associates degree OR equivalent experience with inside salesPrevious sales experience of 2 yearsValid Driver's License for occasional local site visits to gather requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Inside sales experience preferably counter salesExcellent communication skills – written and verbal with drive to follow up with customersKnowledge of and a proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)Must have good customer service skills and strong communication skills as well as responsivenessDemonstrated ability to prioritize IMPORTANT vs URGENT tasksPhysical Requirements:Ability to travel locally as neededMust be able to work at a computer/keyboardSit or stand for extended periods of timeTotal 1st year compensation: $140K to $150KDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
