Role Description This is a contract-based, remote role for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, managing customer service inquiries, arranging travel plans including car rentals and accommodations, and assisting clients with personalized travel arrangements. The role also includes sales responsibilities to recommend and promote travel packages to meet client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Reservations and managing Travel ArrangementsExcellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries professionally and efficientlyUnderstanding of Car Rental and related services as part of travel planningExperience in Sales and providing tailored travel solutions to clientsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environmentProficiency with travel booking software and toolsPrevious experience in travel or hospitality is a plusBachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
