Job Summary
As a Service BDC (Business Development Center) representative at our dealership, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
Work with customers to schedule service appointments
Obtains menu price quotes on requested maintenance services from customers.
Contact customers for confirmation appointments.
Monitor customer appointment schedule and modify as needed.
Follows up calls after customer service visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, & timely manner.
Assist customers by effectively resolving customer service issues.
Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospecting clients
File paperwork when needed
Respond to all email inquiries appropriately and in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicate and inform customers of open safety/campaigns, if eligible.
Qualifications for Service BDC
Prior call center, or BDC experience preferred
Willing to adapt to ever changing environment, technology, & process
Looking for applicants with integrity, teamwork, & goal oriented
Must possess strong communication skills both verbal & written, and experience with handling high volume of phone calls
Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
