PMHNP needed in Stayton, OR
About the Position:We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is an on-site position no telehealth offering the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health treatment plansCollaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient careMaintain timely, accurate documentation using electronic medical records (concurrent documentation preferred)Work independently while also engaging proactively with patients, families, and staffQualifications:Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Board CertificationMaster s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authorityActive Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)Must be willing to relocate to OregonStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking clinical settingMust pass a background check and be current on all required vaccinationsBilingual candidates preferredCompensation & Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time offCEU reimbursement up to $3,000401(k) retirement planLife insurance and long-term disability coverageEmployee referral and discount programsBilingual pay differential for eligible positionsEligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Tuition assistance available for qualifying roles
