GraduateInternal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State LicenseActive DEA licenseUS work authorizationPreferred Qualifications:Fellowship training in GeriatricsExperience practicing medicine among Geriatric populationsExperience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare ModelExperience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomesExperience in outpatient primary care settingsBilingual proficiency where applicableAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$174,070.00 - $374,920.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
