This role is ideal for engineers passionate about solving complex backend challenges and developing cloud-native platforms that support high-volume transaction processing and mission-critical workloads.What We're Looking For:5+ years of software development experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Elixir and/or Erlang.Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, Supervisors, Phoenix Framework, Ecto, and Functional Programming.Experience building microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-availability platforms.Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka.Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.Build resilient systems capable of supporting real-time and high-concurrency workloads.Optimize application performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.Contribute to technical design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
