The successful candidate will be responsible for taking AI concepts from the innovation stage to production, ensuring their integration into both internal and external products, and leading a distributed team of engineers and product developers. Technical and engineering leadership is a key component, requiring a hands-on approach to engage with the team on model experimentation, architecture, and product design. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a technical builder with a strong product instinct, experienced in AI and machine learning, and familiar with modern AI development ecosystems. They should have a background in building and launching AI-enabled products, a strong technical foundation, and experience in leading engineering or product teams. While a passion for behavioral science is essential, experience in insights, analytics, or research-related industries is not mandatory. The role demands a leader who can operate at both strategic and technical levels, set the product and technology roadmap, and identify new opportunities for AI to create differentiated offerings.
