This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data to evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. Our team's mandate is to bring rigorous, data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.As a thought partner to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping how Chime evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunitiesfrom new acquisition strategies to new product launches. You will structure complex business questions, build analytical frameworks, and translate performance data into clear recommendations that influence how and where we invest.As Chime continues to expand, we're looking for versatile, strategic thinkers who can move fluidly between deep analysis and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you'll lead growth-focused analyses end-to-end- from problem definition and hypothesis development through modeling, insight generation, and executive communication - while working closely with partners to drive alignment and execution. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $141,000.00 and up to $195,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.In this role, you can expect to:Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to support growth strategy discussions, define success metrics, and measure the impact of growth initiatives across the user lifecycleLead cohort-based analyses and deep dives by extracting, visualizing, and synthesizing data to identify performance trends, key drivers, and areas of opportunity across acquisition and engagementEvaluate risks and opportunities to the current growth plan by developing a holistic understanding of Chime's marketing and growth roadmapDevelop, deliver, and maintain clear, insightful reporting that helps business leaders track progress vs expectationsSupport and continuously improve forecasting processes, systems, and tooling to better reflect growth dynamics, streamline operations, and enhance scalability and automationContribute to earnings preparation and executive narratives related to user growth, translating complex analyses into clear insights and externally facing performance storiesLeverage automation and emerging AI capabilities to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and improve scalabilityTo thrive in this role, you have:8+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital or a related field, ideally within a high-growth technology environmentExceptional skills with building scalable, efficient, and intuitive financial models; prior experience with Looker and SQL a plusDemonstrated prior experience with cohort data and ROI analysis; familiarity with marketing ecosystem, acquisition channels, and channel KPIs a plusExcellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex findings into concise and actionable insightsHigh attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work and influence cross-functionally with minimal guidance; you will communicate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on a weekly basisAt Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
