Number 16976SharemoreWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Material Support Associate to join our growing warehouse team at Rohde & Schwarz in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. This role supports material flow, inventory accuracy, and daily warehouse operations with a high level of independence. Responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, staging, and issuance of materials to support production, shipping, and fulfillment operations.Your tasksReceive, inspect, move, and stage materialsComplete inventory transactions using WMS / ERP systemsPerform cycle counts and assist with reconciliationEnsure proper labeling, storage, and organizationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safelyIdentify and escalate shortages, damages, or discrepanciesSupport onboarding and training of entry-level associatesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaExciting insights into Rohde & SchwarzOur colleagues provide insider information about:Daily adventures and challengesOur passionate teamThe technologies behind the innovative projects and solutionsYour browser does not support the video tagYour qualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of warehouse, material handling, or logistics experienceExperience using scanners or inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAble to be onsite 5 days per week in our Frederick, MD facilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededIn order to be considered, candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain a US Govt Public Trust Clearance.Interested?We are looking forward to receiving your application!The total compensation for this position is $17-$23/hr. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
