Distribution Center Associate – Greer, SC Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Role Overview: We are seeking a dependable individual to join our team and assist with essential distribution center tasks. Your primary focus will be on managing inventory, handling materials, utilizing RF technology for order processing, and ensuring our facility remains orderly and secure. Core Duties Utilize various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a secure manner Process inbound shipments and organize inventory using RF scanning technology Verify incoming freight to identify any potential shortages or errors Prepare and organize items for outgoing shipments Ensure all outbound trucks are loaded with precision and care Contribute to inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts Document all MHE usage and safety protocols as required Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for the entire team Adhere to all internal policies along with relevant government regulations Support warehouse efficiency to help meet our customer service objectives Complete additional tasks as directed by management Candidate Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years Possession of a current driver's license Capacity to lift 50 lbs. consistently, which includes bending and twisting motions Ability to handle weights exceeding 50 lbs. on an occasional basis Preference for candidates with existing forklift certification Prior experience utilizing RF scanning equipment is a plus Previous background in a warehouse or distribution setting is desirable Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety to protect yourself and others Requirement to clear a standard background check and drug screening process Benefits of the Role This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule for those seeking stability, along with the benefit of weekly compensation.
