INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and district curriculum. Use assessment data to inform instruction. Design lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.II. INSTRUCTION Deliver engaging instruction that promotes critical thinking and student participation. Use a variety of instructional strategies to support student learning. Provide opportunities for student discussion, writing, and problem-solving.III. ASSESSMENT Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments. Provide timely feedback to students. Adjust instruction based on student performance data.IV. CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT Establish a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment. Implement classroom management strategies that support learning.V. Professional Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues in professional learning communities.
