Manager, Material Operations

Overview In this role you will lead and optimize Returns and RMA operations, ensuring timely, compliant service delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will coach a cross-functional team, drive process documentation and performance metrics, and pursue automation to reduce recurring issues. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to improve business outcomes and maintain service levels.
