Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities within our communities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality care. Starting pay for this position is $16.00 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. Start and End times are flexible based on needs of the community. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Requirements RequirementsProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.Familiarity with CMMS software is highly desirable.Basic electrical skills and understanding of logic controllers are beneficial.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication skills in English; leadership experience is a plus.
