Our mantra is ‘Be Extraordinary’ About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to ensure all orders are packed accurately, securely, and to brand standards. This role is primarily responsible for packing and final quality control, but also requires cross-training in picking, inventory support, and general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who values precision, consistency, and is willing to contribute across functions as needed. Key Responsibilities - Pack orders accurately according to packing slips and order details - Verify items, sizes, and quantities before sealing shipments - Ensure packaging meets brand presentation standards - Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation - Identify and resolve packing errors before orders leave the facility Cross-Role Responsibilities: - Assist with picking orders during high-volume periods or staffing gaps - Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and discrepancy reporting - Help with restocking packing materials and inventory organization - Maintain clean, organized packing stations and shared warehouse areas - Assist with kitting, bundling, and general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications - 1+ year of warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment - Comfortable standing for extended periods - Experience with shipping software or label creation is a plus - E-commerce or DTC fulfillment experience preferred What We’re Looking For - Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on quality - Consistent and reliable execution - Flexible and willing to support multiple functions - Strong sense of ownership over final output - Ability to maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy Why Join SuperX - Direct impact on customer experience and brand perception - Exposure to multiple areas of warehouse operations - Opportunity for growth into broader roles - Clear expectations in a performance-driven environment Who You Are You believe excellence is expected.
