This role is onsite, however, if someone says, they want to work hybrid 3 days a week in office, we can consider them as well!Job Locations: Boston, MA or NYMust Have:5+ years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or HR analytics rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointGood to have:Experience working with compensation survey data in actuarial, insurance, consulting, or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with actuarial career paths and credential structures (ASA, FSA, exams)Nice to have:Experience in developing structured salary ranges and guidelinesAbility to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
