Our mission: make intelligence open and accessible to all.Role OverviewReflection AI is looking for a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer. In this role, you’ll be expected to manage a broad range of operational, strategic, and project-based responsibilities with maximum autonomy and minimal oversight. You’ll be working across tier 1 and tier 2 support, defining IT requirements for new office space buildouts, identifying ways that we can improve processes and implement systems to improve the IT function across the board, and supporting the rollout of technical IT Security initiatives. This is an internal-customer-facing role in which you will be regularly supporting executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical people with everyday IT problems.What You'll DoHandle day-to-day operational IT requestsDefine and implement systems and processes that will help the IT function operate more efficientlyProvide white-glove operational support for executivesFacilitate rapid growth by providing a friendly onboarding experience for new employeesAssist with the design and deployment of IT systems such as MDM, SSO, and ticketing systemsSupport IT Security initiatives, including hardware security key rollout and device posture attestationManage SaaS platforms and spendAssist with the buildout of new offices by setting requirements and coordinating the installation of audio/visual, networking, and office security equipmentWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT supportComfort working in a customer-facing role in which you are dealing with executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical peopleAbility to navigate complex, non-trivial problems with minimal supportExperience working with both macOS and Windows devices (Linux is a bonus)Expertise in managing user provisioning through Rippling and Okta, including automating user onboarding and offboarding flowsExperience configuring and managing Okta as the primary SSO IdP, including integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSOFamiliarity with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloudExperience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and LinearStrong technical depth and domain expertise, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to various audiencesWhat We OfferWe believe that to make intelligence open and accessible to all, you need to start at the foundation.
