Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality clothing and accessory collections, with an emphasis on detailed craftsmanship and innovative concepts. Daily tasks include creating sketches, selecting fabrics and textiles, collaborating with the production team, overseeing fittings, and integrating embroidery and design techniques into finished products. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design, including sketching and conceptualizing original designsKnowledge of Textiles and Fabric SelectionSkills in Fitting and tailoring adjustments to achieve an ideal silhouetteExperience in Embroidery and incorporating intricate details into designsStrong creative vision and passion for innovative trends in the fashion industryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in luxury fashion or bespoke tailoring is a plus
