Maintenance Technician

This role requires a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtimeConduct equipment inspections and identify opportunities for reliability improvementsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersFollow all company safety procedures and support a culture of workplace safetyCollaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve equipment-related issuesSupport facility maintenance projects as neededQualifications5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing, production, processing, or similar environmentsTechnical degree, military training, trade school certification, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experienceStrong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipmentExperience reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manualsAbility to utilize diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectivelyExperience troubleshooting automated equipment or industrial controls is preferredExposure to PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, or automation systems is a plusStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious lead or mentoring experience is beneficial but not requiredBenefits & PerksCompetitive medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan with company contributionGenerous paid time off and holiday packageCompany-paid life and disability coveragePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesEmployee wellness and professional development programsCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organizationCollaborative and team-oriented cultureEmployee appreciation and recognition programs
