CNA - Day Shift

Job Description Job Summary: Provides quality, efficient and loving care to each resident in a personalized way. Assists in the common goal of maintaining the well-being of each resident by working as a primary caregiver. Meets the basic needs of assigned residents by supervising or assisting residents with ADLs. In addition to observing and reporting any changes in a resident's physical condition, changes in behavior and any incidents or accidents to the charge nurse.Bethesda is a top rated skilled nursing facility in the state of Minnesota and ranks in the top 5% for quality care!What makes this position different than most?
