Job Title: HubSpot Project Manager / HubSpot LeadLocation: Wayne, NJ (Onsite)Employment TypeFull-TimeMust be USC or GCRole OverviewWe are seeking a HubSpot Project Manager / Technical Lead to own and drive HubSpot strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization across marketing and CRM initiatives. This individual will act as the primary HubSpot subject-matter expert, working closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure HubSpot is effectively supporting business, marketing, and sales objectives.This role requires a mix of hands-on HubSpot expertise, project management ability, and strong marketing/CRM experience. Onsite presence at our Wayne, NJ office is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the HubSpot Lead for the account, owning platform strategy and executionManage end-to-end HubSpot initiatives, including onboarding, configuration, migrations, and enhancementsAct as the primary point of contact for marketing and CRM-related projectsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot workflows with business processesDesign, implement, and optimize:Define Marketing & CRM automation workflowsBuilding business rules, fixing data, how to use system & best practiceLead lifecycle managementCRM pipelines and reportingCampaign tracking and attributionTranslate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutionsOversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for HubSpot-related projectsEnsure best practices around data quality, governance, and system adoptionProvide guidance, documentation, and light training to users as neededRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRMProven background in Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or HubSpot ConsultingExperience leading or managing HubSpot implementations or major optimizationsSolid understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM workflowsAbility to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable working onsite in Wayne, NJPreferred QualificationsHubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or similar)Prior experience working directly with enterprise or client-facing accountsBackground in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketingExperience in agency or consulting environments
