Responsible for cultivating strategy and driving successful commercialization and market adoption at the portfolio level.How You'll Create ImpactUpstream Product Management & Strategic MarketingLead market assessment activities including customer research, voice-of-customer programs, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product innovation and portfolio strategy.Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.Define product requirements, value propositions, and business casesPartner with R&D teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure customer and market requirements are met.Drive pricing strategy, market modeling, forecasting, and portfolio planning.Evaluate partnership, licensing, and acquisition opportunities that support strategic growth initiatives.Develop launch readiness plans and commercialization strategies for new products and platform enhancements.Downstream Product Management & Commercial MarketingLead go-to-market execution for product launches, including sales enablement, campaign strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.Develop marketing collateral, product messaging, training materials, and customer-facing content.Partner with Sales leadership to support revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention initiatives.Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market dynamics to optimize commercial strategies.Collaborate with digital marketing and communications teams to support promotional campaigns, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership activities.Support key customer engagements, advisory boards, trade shows, and industry events.Monitor competitive activity and adjust positioning and messaging as needed to maintain market differentiation.Drive lifecycle management activities including product enhancements, line extensions, and end-of-life planning.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.What Makes You Stand OutStrategic ThinkingMarket & Customer InsightProduct Lifecycle ManagementCommercial ExecutionCross-Functional CollaborationLeadership & InfluenceData-Driven Decision MakingCommunication & StorytellingYour BackgroundB.A. /B.S. degree, preferably including formal studies in business or engineering, and a minimum of 7 years of related experience required, OR a minimum of 11 years of related experience.Bachelors Degree and MBA preferred.Healthcare and/or orthopedic experience is preferred.Experience in both Sales and Commercial Marketing is preferred.Experience launching new products in domestic and international markets is preferred.Travel ExpectationsUp to 25%EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
