You will ensure that all products are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining the organization of our warehouse.OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock records, and supporting supply chain operations with Data entry. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory control processes, warehouse management systems, and demand planning to optimize inventory flow and minimize discrepancies along with data entry and strong commination skillsDutiesMonitor Projects and coordinate with internal teams and report discrepanciesConduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory recordsCollaborate with the design ops team and operations team to forecast demand and plan for procurement needsUtilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and ensure proper storage practicesAnalyze inventory data using tools like EAMS, INTERNAL to identify trends and improve efficiencyAssist in the development of materials management strategies to optimize picking processCoordinate with all operation teams to ensure timely delivery of reportingImplement best practices for inventory control and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsProven experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or warehouse operations is preferredFamiliarity with demand planning processes Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant systemsStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Internal and EAMSExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this roleAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectivelyKnowledge Luxury Furniture background is a plusBenefitsBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
