We are growing and currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team.
Position Overview
The Pediatric Therapy Clinician provides high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children in a supportive, collaborative, and family-centered environment. Clinicians evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to help children achieve developmental, functional, and communication goals.
Our therapists are more than providers—they are educators, advocates, and partners for families as they support each child in reaching their developmental potential both in clinical and natural settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
Monitor patient progress and update goals as needed
Educate and coach caregivers to support progress at home
Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
Participate in internal referrals and care coordination
Support positive patient outcomes and strong family relationships
Contribute to clinic culture through teamwork, communication, and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
Licensed (or license eligible) SLP
Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
