Oracle EBS Developer

Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role combines hands-on technical development with strategic systems integration, supporting critical business functions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), while partnering closely with business analysts, system architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing ERP solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle EBS RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Customizations).Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues while providing end-to-end production support for Oracle EBS modules.Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and Unix shell scripts.Design and customize Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher reports to meet business requirements.Build, support, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware technologies.Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, code reviews, deployment, and documentation.Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patching activities, performance tuning, and system optimization initiatives.Ensure ERP solutions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8+ years of Oracle EBS development experience, preferably with Oracle EBS R12.Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle PL/SQL and SQLOracle Forms and ReportsXML PublisherUnix Shell ScriptingIn-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, RICE components, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable enterprise integration platforms is required.Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly preferred.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Oracle certifications are a plus.Schedule & Work ModalityCore Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMHybrid work scheduleCandidates must reside in Southern California and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Ontario, California.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000, depending on experience.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with employer match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.Join Our TeamIf you're ready to play a key role in modernizing and supporting enterprise ERP systems while working on high-impact business initiatives, we encourage you to apply today or connect with a Robert Half Technology recruiter to learn more about this exciting opportunity.Robert Half will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
