Contents Technician The Contents Technician is an integral part of the BluSky Team skilled in the completion of complex contents cleaning tasks. Responsible for duties that relate to the cleaning of both residential and commercial contents.Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Field DutiesProficient in all restoration facets including:Pack outsOn location cleaningContent processing/deodorizationCleaning of upholstery and carpetsContent storage/handlingWater mitigationMicrobial remediationStructural board-up and securityProper handling of cleaning chemicalsField management and supervision of all temporary labor personnelPhoto document overall condition of content prior to onsite packingComplete all necessary paperwork including emergency mitigation spec sheets, daily project summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations, and inventoriesManage/maintain content cleaning area and storage areas to highest level professional standardsGeneral ResponsibilitiesRepresentation on BluSky emergency mitigation on call management rotationProvide the highest level of customer serviceAdheres to all company Best PracticesAll other duties or projects as assignedSupervisory Responsibility: This role has no direct reports.Qualifications: *Ability to follow instructionsStrong communication skillsComputer skills (computer and handheld mobile devices)Work well with a team of subcontractors/employeesSelf-starter, great organizational and planningEducation: High School Graduate or equivalentWork Environment & Physical Job Demands: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
