Production Operations Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced precast concrete production environment. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and leading production teams to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day plant operations, including production, scheduling, and workflow managementLead, coach, and develop production supervisors and plant staffEnsure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently metImplement and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteCoordinate with engineering, sales, and logistics teams to align production with customer needsMaintain strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standardsMonitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance effortsManage labor planning, staffing levels, and production costsTrack KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadershipQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or a closely related fieldProven experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of precast processes, materials, and production workflowsDemonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience with lean manufacturing principles is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary Opportunities for growth and advancementStable, established company with strong industry presenceComprehensive benefits package
