Our culture is driven byour community, our values, and our team.We are also proud to offer the followingbenefits:• Medical, dental,vision coverage• 401(K) RetirementProgram with employer match• Employer paid lifeinsurance policy• Employee RecognitionProgram• Company discounts atselect retailers• And much more!POSITION SUMMARY:The Speech Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team.Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21.Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes.Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through oral motor therapy techniques, sensory feedback, interactive talk and play activities, and emotional-cognitive development.POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS:MA/MS in Speech Language PathologyNJ licensure in Speech Language PathologyASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language PathologySpecialized training or experience in the evaluation/treatment of pediatric dysphagia preferred (but not required).1-2 years of professional Pediatric experience (post graduate school)Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work well as a team member
