Project Manager - Construction

Blox Construction, an award-winning general contractor, is growing and seeks a talented Project Manager to join the team. Requirements: This position’s requirements include, but are not limited to: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. 5+ years commercial and/or residential building experience Proven leader Self-starter and results driven Diverse history and knowledge of different building types and systems Proven estimating and take-off skills Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and the imagination to derive the most efficient method of completing a task Proven ability to read blueprints, reference calculations and understand structural details and plan specifications Ability to communicate plan and sequence of activities to all subcontractors and material suppliers to effectively implement goals Foster collaboration across project & design teams Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor is a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong communication skills; both written and orally and ability to communicate to a wide variety of people Flexibility in days and hours worked To Apply: An application as well as email instructions can be found at: http://bloxconstruction.com/jobs.
