GSK US Respiratory & Anti-Infectives Sales Professional The GSK US Respiratory & Anti-Infectives Sales Professional is responsible for engaging physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products. This includes influencing prescribing decisions versus competitive therapies for relevant disease states through compliant, face-to-face interactions, in alignment with approved product indications and prescribing information.This role gives you the opportunity to build your skills and grow your career. Key responsibilities include:Drive territory sales and market share growth across promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products through targeted, compliant, evidence-based customer engagement.Own territory business planning; analyze sales data and execute actions to meet goals.Develop dynamic call plans and collaborate with local territory colleagues to maximize reach and frequency.Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders to align strategy and resources.Plan and deliver in-services, educational programs, and sample distribution in accordance with FDA regulations and company policy.Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (e.g., sample accountability, call reporting, eLearning, and expense reporting).Comply with GSK policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.Basic Qualifications:BA/BS from an accredited institutionValid driver's license; driving is an essential function of this roleWillingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, based on business needsThe selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience:Grade 8: Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales experienceGrade 7: Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bilingual preferred based on locationAccount management experience within local IDNs/large hospital systemsExperience in respiratory/allergy or other healthcare salesFamiliarity with managed care, formularies, retail pharmacy operations, prior authorization processesStrong presentation, influencing and business planning skillsSelf-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCore Capabilities:Winning mindset and results orientationAmbitious goal setting and performance disciplineCourage to challenge constructively and resilience to overcome setbacksChange leadership and continuous improvement mindsetAccountability, team inspiration and influential communicationWe invest in development and transparent talent management.
