Payroll Administrator
Job DescriptionPremier Payroll and TTPA are seeking a full-time, remote Payroll Administrator to join our quickly growing team. The person in this position will be responsible for managing and overseeing payroll operations for all of our clients, and their duties will include:Ensures the on-time payment of each client’s employeesRecords and verifies regular deductions from employees’ paychecks, such as health insurance, retirement plans, garnishments, etc.Manages clients’ timekeeping systems, where applicableTracks employee information for each client and makes necessary adjustments related to changes in employee statusMonitors and maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal lawsAssists in the filing of quarterly tax and other necessary returns as well as the creation and distribution of employee W-2sOther related duties The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similarSignificant experience as a payroll administrator or in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll softwareStrong, professional communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detailCompany DescriptionExperience with ADP (strongly preferred)At Truitt, Tingle, Paramore & Argent, LLC (TTPA) we have been in the paractice fo providing full-service accounting and advisory services to our clients since 1990.We serve clients throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond.Pay is based on level of experience.At Truitt, Tingle, Paramore & Argent, LLC (TTPA) we have been in the paractice fo providing full-service accounting and advisory services to our clients since 1990.We serve clients throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond.
