The recruiter will manage searches across engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and operational leadership roles. The position offers meaningful exposure to executive decision-making, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics. Key Responsibilities Internal Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles Source and place independent contractors for project-based assignments Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs Client-Focused Recruiting Source and qualify candidates for engineering, supply chain, operations, and related roles Present vetted candidates to internal stakeholders supporting client engagements Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and forecasted client needs Sourcing & Analytics Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems Track and report on metrics including time-to-source, candidate presentations, and pipeline activity Provide insights to leadership to improve recruiting effectiveness Candidate Experience Deliver a professional, consultative experience to candidates Represent the organization effectively within competitive technical talent markets If your experience aligns with the requirements for this position, and you are interested, or have questions, please contact Jeff Sokolowski at 248.365.6131.
