This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and building strong relationships with vendors and project teams.What You’ll DoProcess vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately with proper job cost coding.Partner with Project Managers to maintain organized and accurate job costs.Manage check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.Track and organize lien waivers, COIs, and vendor compliance documentation.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies professionally.Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and contract documentation.Support month-end close, AP accruals, and audit preparation.Reconcile credit card statements monthlyServe as a reliable point of contact for vendors and internal teams.What You Bring2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction.Strong understanding of job costing, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance.Experience with Sage 300, CMiC, Bluebeam, and Excel.Excellent organization and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.Knowledge of AIA billing or 1099 processing is a plus.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.Experience in construction accounting or accounts payable processes preferred.Why Join Chase100% Employee-Owned company where your contributions help shape the future.Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on doing things the right way.Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding construction company.
