The Install Lead is responsible for executing installations at the highest level of quality while troubleshooting challenges independently and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.This role requires strong autonomy, extensive plumbing knowledge (water lines, valves, drainage), and exceptional attention to detail.We are looking for a skilled and versatile Bathroom Remodeling Installer with Extensive Plumbing Experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in plumbing and skilled in installing various shower wall systems and drywall repairs.Key Responsibilities.Walk through the job with the Project Manager, and then the customer by completing the pre-installation checklistInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixturesDiagnose plumbing issues and make effective repairs, including leaks or fixture replacementsBuild and repair walls, install or patch drywall, and perform high-quality paint finishes as needed for remodeling projectsInstall shower wall systemsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for plumbing and remodeling jobsCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsEnsure job sites are clean, organized, and meet safety standardsCommunicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer serviceRequirementsProven experience as a bathroom remodeling installer with a solid understanding of residential plumbing systemsAt least 5 years of experience in carpentry, drywall, and remodelingProficiency in plumbing and carpentry tools and equipmentAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood physical condition and ability to work in tight or awkward spacesValid plumbing license or current apprenticeship status (apprenticeship sponsorship available)Ability to read blueprints and technical diagramsProfessional appearance and communication skillsBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
