Job Description Education: High School Degreepreferred Experience and Skills Necessary: 2 years of mechanical and electrical work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills – define a situation and be decisive in solving it Ability to work with and lead others as necessary Advanced computer skills Willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift Responsibilities: (Include, but not limited to) Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment Handling change-overs on all equipment Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being followed Trouble shooting and fixing of all equipment Fill in as supervisor if needed Perform various production and quality control duties as requested Initiate, participate and maintain 6S Standards and lean manufacturing concepts Actively taking part in our continuous improvement program Understand and demonstrate commitment to our Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 responsibilities Willing to perform special duties as assigned by management Patrol jobs through the shift Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insuranceExperience:Electrical: 2 years (Preferred) Preventive maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) Mechanical troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred) Electrical troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required)
